Shipping Policy

Our aim is to package and post orders within 24 hours of receipt. Our delivery costs cover standard nationwide delivery. You can order online anytime or call us Mon-Sat to speak to one of our team for more information.

Returns Policy

At The Spa Therapy Room we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items.

 

We’ll gladly accept returns for any products purchased from The Spa Therapy Room and will issue a refund if the return is eligible and we have received your items within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items are also non-returnable.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be pre-approved

  • Returns must be submitted via email info@the-spa-therapy-room.co.uk explaining why you would like to return the item receipt or proof of purchase and whether you would like to exchange or refund.

 

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1.Items must be returned within 30 days unused and undamaged in its original packaging and still in a re-sellable condition.

2.Submit your wish to return item via email. You may be asked to send a photo of your item. The Spa Therapy Room will not accept images from our website, 3rd party websites or any other images that are not of your own order with packaging. If the images supplied do not meet the guidelines there may be a delay processing your refund.

3.Our team will be in contact within 14 working days with instructions for returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to repackage the items for return. The Spa Therapy Room does not send out boxes, envelopes, jiffy bags or any other packaging material for customers to return items.

 

Shipping to return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When returning items, it is advisable to ask for proof of postage as we are unable to take any responsibility for lost parcels. We Cannot be held responsible for losses of items returned back to us using a non-tracked service. We cannot refund postage.

Once your return is received and inspected by The Spa Therapy Room, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and conclusion from the inspection. If all requirements are met a replacement (if stock available)/refund will be given within 14 days of us receiving the returned item

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are not of satisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.

The right is limited to 30 days from the date that you received the product. No refund or exchange can be offered outside of this time as anything beyond that will be classed as general wear and tear.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

All RMAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RMA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
