To join The Spa Therapy Room Loyalty scheme simply purchase a treatment or retail product and you will receive points that will automatically be added to your Treat Card. Points can be redeemed for reward treatments (Terms & Conditions Apply).

You are able to join the The Spa Therapy Room Treat Card scheme with any service or retail purchase at The Spa Therapy Room.
Under the The Spa Therapy Room Treat Card Program, you must accumulate a minimum number of points as established by The Spa Therapy Room. When you have accumulated the minimum number of points, these will be eligible to use on your next visit. Points have no cash value and can be accumulated or redeemed Monday – Saturday depending on opening hours and availability.
- Points are rewarded inclusive of VAT
- Points can only be redeemed 24 hours after being activated
- Points can be used in conjunction with our monthly offers
- Clients cannot purchase gift cards with their points
- The cardholder will only receive points for own treatments, the cardholder will not be permitted to pay for third party treatments to use for own use points
- A full paying treatment must be booked along side your reward treatment
- Only one reward can be used at a time
- The rewards offered to you by our system are unique to the individual. Therefore you will automatically only qualify for treatments that you do not usually book.
- Rewards can not be transferred to other members
Agreeing to The Spa Therapy Room’s Privacy Policy & Email. This Rewards Program is limited to one account per individual. All clients that enrol are bound by the terms and conditions set by The Spa Therapy Room. The Spa Therapy Room reserve the right to withdraw or amend these terms at any point. Membership is non-transferable and Membership purchases must be made by the member. It is the member’s responsibility to check or review these terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes. The Spa Therapy Room values your privacy. The personal information collected from each member will only be used and disclosed by The Spa Therapy Room for administration purposes.
